This project undertaken by our team involved several general condition tasks and specialized forestry mulching work, all carried out with meticulous attention to detail and efficiency.
The first phase of the project, encompassing general condition items, began with the mobilization of equipment to the site. This step was crucial in ensuring that all necessary machinery and tools were readily available for the tasks ahead. Following this, we engaged with Miss Utility to generate a utility ticket, a critical process for marking all public utilities before commencing any groundwork. This measure was vital for preventing accidental damage to utility lines. Additionally, we conducted a thorough location and potholing of any public utilities within the work areas, ensuring their integrity and safety.
The second phase focused on forestry mulching. This involved using a forestry mulching machine, operated by a skilled team member, to mulch existing vegetation. The service included both the operator and the machinery for an 8-hour day, ensuring efficient and thorough coverage of the area.
In addition to the mulching, we were prepared for pole saw and chain saw work, contingent upon the owner’s request. This specific task would involve de-limbing trees from the ground up to 12 feet off the ground. Any limbs cut down during this process would be mulched up along with the forest underbrush, ensuring a clean and tidy finish.
Throughout the project, the focus was on executing each task with precision, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining clear communication with the property owner. This approach ensured that the project not only met but exceeded the client’s expectations while preserving the integrity and safety of the site.
